Building a sales pipeline for a provider of IT services

Our client, an Eastern European provider of software development services, had specialist experience in designing and developing solutions for the food and beverages industry. The company wanted to understand better its opportunities in the German market. We researched and contacted IT solution providers, where our client could add value. In this way, we generated an initial sales pipeline, so our client could extend its own sales activities in Germany, more quickly. Our client appreciated that, on top of delivering leads and prospects, we worked in a transparent manner and gave valuable insight into the process of building the sales pipeline.
